The experience gained from the various euro net projects has been incorporated into the daily work of the Danish cooperation partner Center for Misbrug i Ribe Amt.
The centre has already been conducting a parent project for six years entitled 'Parent Back-up'. It focuses on the parents of school students, aged between 12 and 14, who are in years 6 and 7.
A pilot project on peer work in out-of-school youth work has been planned for 2005. The intention is to train 15 to 17-year-old youths as peer leaders, who shall then cooperate with other peers of the same age. Thematically, the project focuses on party culture, the lives of young people and their friendships (www.fryspunkt.dk).
